Sorry people for being MIA, exhausting and overwhelming are not sufficient phrases to describe the 1st week of training. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing and awesome too :) I'm just not a morning person, being perky and ready to be attentive at 8:30 AM is not my forte. As some of you know, I did get my bid list last week. Can't discuss it in detail but gotta say, I am pretty sure I will be surprised regardless the decision come March 11th (aka D Day). Speaking of D Day, let's all hope there's no de facto government shut down on March 4, I can only imagine how that will affect my training schedule (and life).
I have a few language tests tomorrow morning, let's hope I don't mix the languages ;) Stay tuned for updates...

Just found your blog from the link through Digger at Life After Jerusalem. Thought I'd drop a quick note to say hello and welcome to the Foreign Service (and, by extension, to the world of Foreign Service blogging).
ReplyDeleteTake care,
